RGS has developed bale breaking and bag splitting solutions for kerbside collections, household garbage in grey or black sacks, green waste and insutrial or commercial packaging tasks.
The bag and bale openers can be placed in different configurations:
- As the head machine of a process line with an infeed hopper (e. g. a moving floor hopper)
- As inbetween machine: placed between two conveyors
- As additional opening device: under the picking station in a chute for a small number of unopened bags
- For bulk material: using a simple metering drum for a steady flow feeding the downstream process
